Your Revit, IFC or CAD model comes in directly and gets cleaned up for visualisation — geometry simplified where it needs to be, never redrawn from scratch. Materials go on as physically-based textures, and we bring in real site context around it.
We set true sun paths and lighting scenarios, plan camera paths shot by shot, and populate scenes with people and vehicles at the right density. For construction films, this is where phasing links to your programme, phase by phase.

A developer needed to sell a mixed-use scheme before groundworks began. We built 24 architectural stills across day and dusk, a 2.5-minute cinematic film following the building from arrival to rooftop, and a VR walkthrough for the sales suite so buyers could stand in an apartment that did not exist yet. The launch event ran entirely on the film and the headset.
A contractor bidding for a bridge replacement needed to prove their construction methodology, not just describe it. A tight set of stills can turn around in about a week once the model and shot list are agreed. A cinematic film or a 4D construction sequence usually runs four to eight weeks, depending on length, revisions and how much of the model needs cleaning up first.
Yes, and we prefer it that way. Revit, IFC, Navisworks and most major BIM and CAD formats come in directly, which keeps the geometry accurate and makes it easy to update the render when the design changes, rather than starting again from a static export.
Yes, for infrastructure, masterplans and any project where real site context matters. Drone capture gives us accurate aerial views and photogrammetry data we can bring into the 3D scene, so the surrounding context is measured, not guessed at or dropped in from stock imagery.
Two rounds of revisions are included in every engagement, covering things like camera angle, lighting, materials and pacing. Larger changes — a different building option, for instance — are scoped and quoted separately, since they usually mean re-rendering rather than adjusting what already exists.
