We don't reuse a generic load case. Seismic zoning and site class, wind per BNBC 2020 and ASCE 7, and the actual soil profile under the building all feed into the same model. Ductile detailing follows through into the drawings, and deep foundations are sized for soils that rarely behave the way a textbook assumes.
A road that fails in its first monsoon was never really finished. We design geometry to RHD and AASHTO practice, pavement to AASHTO 93 or a mechanistic method, and check every culvert and drain against HEC-RAS flood levels for the design storm — so camber, formation level and drainage capacity are sized together, not as afterthoughts.

We run category-based review levels, independent re-analysis on anything structural, and a line-by-line check that drawings and calculations still agree after the fourth revision. Every deliverable is issued under revision control and signed off by a registered engineer — no drawing goes out without a name against it. A rural district asked for a road that would still be usable after the first heavy monsoon, not just after paving. We ran geometric, pavement and drainage design together, checked every culvert and cross-drain against HEC-RAS flood levels for the design storm, and issued a for-construction set the contractor could build without a string of site queries.
A mixed-use tower needed to stand on soft alluvial soil in an active seismic zone, on a site too tight for a wide raft. Detailed design and supervision are usually priced as a percentage of construction cost or as a staged lump sum tied to deliverables, whichever your funder's procurement rules require.
